WHAT IS MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID TRAINING?
Mental Health First Aid is an internationally recognized skills-based training that teaches participants how to notice and support an individual who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge or crisis.

The training can be taught in person in WA or virtually across all the US.
This is a 6 hours training that can be taught in one day or splitted to two days
